Home remedies for dandruff

Imbalanced diet, excess use of shampoo, infection, fungus, very oily or very dry scalp are some of the causes of dandruff.

There are many effective home remedies for dandruff –

• Hot oil is beneficial. Apply hot coconut oil on scalp with the help of cotton ball at night.
  
  
  
• Massage well. Wash your hair in the morning. Do not use harsh shampoo.
  
  
  Do it for few months.
• Mix warm water and apple juice in equal quantity. Massage the solution on scalp. Keep it for 15-20 minutes and rinse. Do this 2-3 times a week.
• Before washing your hair apply olive oil and almond oil on scalp. You may feel burning sensation. Do not worry. Keep for 5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.
• While washing your hair apply fresh lime juice in warm water for last rinse.
• Apply indian gooseberry with lime juice on scalp every night. It’s beneficial.
• Applying curd on hair is useful. Keep it on scalp for 15 minutes. Rinse with warm water.
• Applying grated fresh coconut meat in the night on hair helps a lot. Rinse it with warm water and mild shampoo in the morning.

Home remedies for dandruff-

1. You may have bacterial infection which is of chronic nature .

2. Please take a homeopathic remedy called as Bacillinum 1m 1 dose then follow up with kali sulph 6c pills , 5 pills once at bed time for 15 days. Then wait and watch for 15 days more, after 30 days take the 2nd dose of Bacillinum 1m .
