Advice for foot odor

Is there a tea you can soak your feet in that gets rid of foot odor?

Excess sweat and growth of bacteria may be the reasons of foot odor. Prevention is the most effective remedy for avoiding foot odor.

Some preventive measures for foot odor are
Always use cotton socks. It absorbs the sweat. Do not use synthetic socks or shoes. Leather shoes are the better choice. Change your socks regularly. Do not use sweaty socks. Clean your foot with a foot scrubber. Keep them dry.

Some home remedies for foot odor

  • Soaking the foot in warm water with few drops of apple cider vinegar 2-3 times a day is helpful.
  • To absorb the sweat sprinkle baking soda in the shoes.
  • For avoiding perspiration boil water with 4-6 spoons of tea. Soak your feet in it.
  • Reddish is a good remedy to avoid foot odor. Make a juice of 12 radishes and add ¼ spoon glycerin to the juice. Use it as a spray on the foot. It will reduce bad odor.
