Health advice for fibroid
  • Fibroids are extra muscle growth and the majority of them remain very small in size. Only some fibroids become big and in rare cases they enlarge considerably. Estrogen could be the cause of uterine fibroids and they generally disappear after menopause.


    It may grow during the menopausal years and may generate symptoms like irregular menstruation, menstrual pain, heaviness in the lower abdomen and lower back pain etc. they are non malignant and are not a form of cancer. You can make the small fibroids go and control the larger ones through natural remedies.


  • Take around 4 servings of beans and whole grains everyday.
  • Consuming the infusion of red clover flowers is very effective in controlling fibroids.
  • Regularly take herbs such as dandelion, yellow dock roots and milk thistle seeds.
  • Use 25 to 30 drops of Chasteberry or Vitex tincture 2 to 4 times daily for around 2 years.
  • Acupuncture treatment can shrink the fibroids to a very minimal size.
  • Apply warm castor oil packs or ginger compresses to the area above the fibroids to alleviate pain and shrink the fibroids.
  • Maintain a nutritious diet and exercise regularly to keep fit and healthy.
  • Do not take stress or indulge in harmful habits such as smoking etc.
