About 30 ml of ginger juice helps in providing relief from piles. Mashed banana or banana milkshakes are helpful. A concoction of carrot, spinach and turnip leaves is beneficial. Soak 50 grams of onion. Consume it with a teaspoon of sugar, twice everyday. Consumption of fresh and mashed rose petals is effective in bleeding piles.
