Natural cures for hemorrhoid
Piles are the enlargement of the rectal veins. Bleeding, itching, pain in the rectal region and irritation while passing stools are the most commonly seen symptoms, associated with piles. Stress, heredity, obesity, constipation and pregnancy are the causative factors for piles or haemorrhoids.
Overnight soaked figs (3-4) are helpful in providing relief from piles. Having soaked figs, twice a day is more fruitful. Fig seeds triggers the intestinal peristaltic movement.
Two grams of mango seed powder with honey is an effective remedy for bleeding piles. Drink plenty of water to remove constipation. Fibre rich diet with adequate fresh fruits and vegetables proves beneficial. Take a teaspoon of mint and lime juice with half a teaspoon of fresh ginger juice and a tablespoon of honey. Acidic and spicy foods are better avoided. Quarter cup of radish juice twice a day is useful. Aloe vera gel helps provide relief from pain associated with piles. Avoid straining the rectal muscles, while passing stools. A glass of milk before retiring to bed plays a vital role in easy bowels in the morning.
