Question on sore gum

why are my gums sore?

Sore gums -

1. This problem is basically due to vitamin deficiency especially Ascorbic acid that is Vitamin C .

2. Sore and spongy gums may occur also due to Vitamin A

deficiency,and Vitamin B1 B2 B6 B12 deficiency too.

3. Some steroids and antibiotics can deplete the connective tissue

layers and lead to loose and sore gums as a part of long term side effects.

4. People in print work or such industry may have lead poisoning also

leading to sore gums.
