Health advice for tiredness
- Naturopathy says that if you wake up after the sun rises; you will feel tired the whole day. You may have symptoms like sleepiness, tiredness, headaches and you will feel very dull. But our current hectic lifestyle does not allow us to have an early night.
As a result, we wake up after sunrise but waking up too late in the morning also affects our health adversely. - Another reason for feeling tired the whole day is lack of proper sleep. If you sleep late and wake up early then your sleep pattern is disrupted and the body functions improperly. Other reasons for tiredness are stress, lack of essential nutrients in the body, irregular diet pattern and timings and obesity.
- Have at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep everyday, get up early, exercise regularly, drink lots of water, eat on time, follow a nutritious diet, avoid stress smoking, reduce the consumption of alcohol, tea and coffee. Follow these simple remedies for further help.
- Eat an apple, 2 or 3 carrots, cucumbers and celery to keep you fresh and energetic.
- Boil some ground thyme in water and inhale its steam after getting up in the morning and once in the evening.
