Home remedies for stomach toning
  • Eat a healthy, nutritious and well balanced diet. You should consume foods containing low-fats and low-carbohydrates rather resorting to dieting or following some fad diets.
  • Drink plenty of water and fresh fruit juices.

  • Eat lots of fruits, vegetables, raw vegetable salads, plain or salted yogurt, buttermilk, cereals, brown sugar, brown rice and brown breads. Include whole wheat grains in your diet and sip coconut water as it helps the digestion process and prevent acid refluxes.
  • Plan out a diet chart where you include all the nutritious foods spread across the day. Eat 6 smaller meals and keep them light. Never overeat or go hungry for a long time. Keep a packet of biscuit and a bottle of water with you so that whenever you feel hunger pangs you can eat 2 or 3 of them and drink some water.
  • Eat cereals and 2 ripe tomatoes for your breakfast. Have 1 cup of skim milk before bedtime. Eat your dinner at least 2 hours before going to bed.
  • Go on an exclusive all fruit juice diet for a week then slowly add fruits, vegetable salads, sprouts, soups and steamed foods in your diet every week. Do this for a month as this will cleanse your blood while at the same time strengthening your immunity.
  • Get up early in the morning and exercise or jog regularly.
