Remedies and cure for body numbness and headache
I have some unexplainable symptoms-first i get numbness all over then i start to slur then i get a bad headache. i dont know why it happens or what it is? Please help

Home Remedies for Body Numbness and Headache
There can be many reason of having numbness and headache. It can be due to diabetes, stress or due to various other health disorders. You can consult your doctor to learn the actual problem.
I can provide you with some home remedies that can help you cure headache and numbness.
- Taking a hot water bath may also help you relieve the headache.
- Almonds are good for headache. Eat almost 10-12 almonds daily.
- Prepare a compress of lavender oil and water. Place this compress on your head to ease pain.
- You can even try putting your hands in hot water. This method helps in pulling pressure out of your head.
- Deep and slow breathing is a great reliever of headache.
- Around your head, tie a tight cloth. This will help in decreasing blood flow to the scalp and will reduce pain.
- Avoid eating too much of chocolate, red wine, aged cheese and citrus fruits. All these foods contain tyramine or histamines which are responsible for headaches especially in people with food sensitivities.
- To remove numbness from your body, keep your body in motion. Involve yourself in some kind of exercise such as walking, swimming and jogging. These physical activities increase circulation of blood and helps reduce numbness.
- If you are habituated to smoking, then please quit it because it can result in impair blood circulation, causing numbness in arms, legs and toes.
- Don't overstress. If your job is tedious and involve more of typing, knitting, hammering or sawing, then give a short break to yourself at equal intervals of time to keep yourself relaxed and stress free.
