Remedies for hair fall

Excessive hair loss can occur due to a variety of reasons. It could be heredity, medication, physical disorders or even hormonal changes. In order to determine which reason could possibly be responsible for your condition, it is important that you seek medical advice from a trichologist (a hair care medical professional) who can tell you whether it is hormonal changes that are responsible for your hair loss.

If it is, you should also follow an organized method of treatment for it.

There are some simple home remedies that could also work for your condition. Soak fenugreek seeds in water overnight and massage this water into the scalp the next morning.

Leave for two hours and rinse. If followed for 6 weeks, this process should show noticeable results. Warm castor oil or olive oil massaged into the scalp left overnight is also a good way of ensuring that hair will grow out well. You can wash this off the next morning. Follow this procedure twice a week. Juice of lime applied to hair will also make sure you get rid of the dandruff. Freshly crushed onion juice applied to the scalp, left to dry and then shampooed will give rise to fresh hair growth. However, remember to use a mild non-acidic shampoo for all these washes.
