I am a single man having heartburn many times.I am a man having all the irregularities like smoking, boozing,gutkha and all that & my job does not permits for having food in right time.

It sounds to me like you have been courting ill health. Heartburn is a condition that is similar to indigestion. People who complain of heart burn usually suffer from a pain the chest and complain of feeling bloated.
Bad dietary habits, irregular meal times and eating spicy and oily food are some of the most common reasons for people to develop heartburn. However you should consult a doctor about your condition if the discomfort persists for a long period of time.
The very obvious suggestion that I can give you is that you make an effort to change your lifestyle.
Giving up smoking is one of the first things you should do. If you can't completely give up the habit, at least smoke less. Make an attempt to cut down on smoking. If you have to smoke, try not to do it before you eat. Draw up a regulated schedule for your meals and your sleep and try to stick to it. Keep watch on when the heartburn occurs and make a note of the food you consumed that day. Often heartburn is a reaction to certain food that you might have consumed and can be avoided if you stop eating that particular dish. Waking right after dinner aids in digestions and you should try to include a walk in your daily schedule. Try to increase your intake of water during a day. Drinking green tea is also believed to be beneficial in this condition.
