Natural remedies for gall stones removal

Gall stones can indeed sometimes be removed without medication and surgery, but it is best to ask your doctor if this is advisable. In case where the stones are large and do not respond to medicines or alternative treatments, surgery is the final option and is extremely effective. In addition, gall stones are sometimes caused by some other medical condition that will need to be diagnosed and treated before the gall stone problem can be permanently addressed.

If your problem is limited to small stones in the gall bladder that result in mild and occasional attacks, it should be possible to tackle it with exercise and some modifications to your diet. Changes to your diet should essentially consist of reducing your intake of fat. You should never cut out fat entirely, but you can avoid oily and high fat foods. In addition, cut down your meat consumption, and increase consumption of vegetables, fruits, and pulses. Obesity seems to be associated with gall stones, so if you are overweight, you should lose weight gradually. Half an hour to 45 minutes of brisk walking should be enough, in addition to the dietary changes. Avoid home remedies such as a gall bladder flush, as these are not only ineffective, but can sometimes worsen your condition.
