Remedies for fungus
It is not clear what exactly you mean by “between nails” — under the nail or between your toes. If the infection is between your toes, it is probably athlete's foot, also known as tinea pedis. This is a fungal infection that affects the skin of the feet, particularly between the toes, although it can spread to other areas of the foot and the body.
The symptoms are flaking, itching, and sometimes inflammation of the affected areas.
On the other hand, if your toe nails themselves are affected by a fungal infection, the main symptom will be a change in the appearance of the nail itself. Nails become rough, thickened, and yellow, and begin to crumble or fall off entirely.
However, there is no pain, itching or inflammation. In both cases, your primary approach should be to maintain overall hygiene. Change your footwear regularly, wash your feet regularly and dry them immediately. In general, you should try to keep your feet dry at all times. In addition, soaking your feet in warm salt water (or a mixture of vinegar and water) a couple of times a day is effective against athlete's foot. In case of toenail fungus, you will need to file the top of the affected nail a bit before soaking them, as the infection is underneath the nail.
