Remedies for hair fall

Hair fall is usually a result of conditions such as a stress, unhygienic personal habits, and any long-standing and persistent illness such as typhoid and influenza. However, the most common and prominent reason for hair loss is a lack of proper nutrition. Your hair is likely to fall tremendously if you are deficient in vitamin B6.

If you have a folic acid deficiency, you are likely to lose your hair completely and go bald. You can treat a deficiency by ensuring that you eat proper quantities of these essential vitamins. To control the hair loss, you can beat some drops of lemon juice along with an egg and massage this mixture onto your scalp.

You should then wash it off with an herbal shampoo.

You can also mix some powdered Indian gooseberry (indian gooseberry) and powdered acacia concinna (an ancient Indian hair care remedy) with some fresh yoghurt and use this as a conditioner. Ensure that you use a mild shampoo and conditioner which will not weaken your hair any further. In addition, you should ensure that you consume a high-protein diet and drink plenty of water. To nourish the roots of your hair, massage coconut milk into your scalp and allow to remain for a hour. However, if you continue to lose hair at a very fast rate, it is advisable that you seek the medical advice of a hair specialist or a dermatologist.
