Treatment for hair growth

All of us lose hair throughout our lifetime. However, new hair is constantly growing on our scalp, and this replaces the amount of hair that we have lost. You may be losing hair due to various reasons like the effect of harsh shampoos and conditioners, or the pollution  ad exposure to sun that your hair is subjected to.

Sometimes heredity also plays an important role in defining how we look.

The treatment that you will need to adopt is two fold – to ensure that  you do not continue to lose your hair at such a fast rate and helping new hair grow.

You can protect your hair by using gentle shampoos and conditioners.

Try to avoid changing your hair products too often and look for a gentle cleanser rather than a harsh one that will remove all the natural oils from your hair.

Massaging the scalp has long been accepted as an effective way to generate hair growth. Olive oil or warm coconut oil can be used for this purpose. Eating healthy, balanced and regular meals will help your hair grow too. Regular sleep patterns and some relation techniques will help you achieve a certain equilibrium in your life and this will be reflected in your hair.
