Remedy for rashes on sensitive skin

I have red rashes on skin due to acne, and my skin is sensitive. Please suggest a remedy for this. I also get frequent fungal infection on skin. Do rashes occur because of an injury due to accident?

Remedy for rash

Rashes may occur for a vast variety of reasons. Depending on how old the injury is, they can certainly appear because of an injury due to an accident. They would probably occur at the time of healing of the skin, since this is the time when skin scratches the most.

If you have sensitive skin, it is possible that you may have scratched it and now you have a rash. In this case, you can apply cooling dollops of yogurt to your rashes. Mix a teaspoon of rose water in a cup of yogurt and apply it on the rash.

Leave this on for about 20 minutes then wash off. It should soothe your rashes and cool your skin down tremendously. Repeat as often as you want.

If you have red rashes caused by acne, the best thing to start with is gentle exfoliation of the skin. This will remove a layer of dead skin cells, revealing fresh skin below. Dampen the area and use sugar and oil with a pasty consistency to scrub in circular motions. Wash with mild non-acidic soap and warm water. If your rash is caused by any reason that you are uncertain about, a baking soda soak will help it. Mix one teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of cold water, dip a washcloth and place it on the rash for five minutes. This will heal the rash.
