Remedies and cure for severe neck sprain

Heres a home cure that I personally use.

Warm some course salt and when its really hot wrap it in several pieces of cloth until you can tolerate the hot compress then apply this warm compress to your neck and as soon as the salt starts losing its heat, apply some vicks to your neck and massage lightly then wear a scarf.

do this 3 times a day it should be gone buy the middle of the 2nd day.

I also advise that you should see your medical practioner if the pain is severe and if you are experiencing tingling in your arms and at your fingertips following the injury.
