Treatment for dark circles
Some people notice dark circles due to a variety of deficiencies and should consult a doctor about this. Others have dark circles because they inherited it. For most of us, however, lack of sleep, and stress are the most common reasons for the development of dark circles under the eyes.
You should first ensure that you get sufficient hours of sleep each night. If you are unable to sleep, then you will have to consult a doctor about the best thing to do.
Drinking a cup of warm milk at bedtime is a generally well-known to help you feel sleepy.
Make sure that you get enough physical exercise during the day. Run, walk or dance to ensure that you feel pleasantly relaxed. If you are too stressed to sleep, then try out some relaxation techniques that will help you fall asleep.
Cucumber juice can be applied to the dark circles. If you cannot extract the juice, then simply cut off a slice of the cucumber and put it on your eyes. A slice of raw potato also helps. Soak two almonds overnight. In the morning grind them well, using a little water. You can use this paste on the dark circles.
