Kidney stones or Bladder stones are an increasingly familiar problem amongst the entire population of the United States of America and can be extremely painful. The function of the bladder is to store the urine in the pelvic area. At times, small masses of minerals tend to accumulate and gradually build themselves up to a small solid mass where they are known as bladder stones.
Most of the time, these minerals accumulate as a result of stagnation of urine in the bladder. Some of the other reasons for the development of bladder stones include prostate enlargement or chronic urinary tract infections. Other known causes are the development of gout or even an inadequate intake of fluid content. Most of the time, bladder stones will not cause any symptoms during their developmental phase, but will only be detected once they are fully developed and have already harmed your anatomy in some way or the other. A habit of retaining the urine despite the strong urge to empty your bladder is a very human habit that leads to the development of bladder stones. While the most well known characteristic of the condition is a considerable amount of abdominal pain, a sufferer may also notice the presence of blood in the urine. The condition is mainly known to affect men above the age of 45 where most males tend to develop an enlarged prostate.
In order to help cure the condition naturally, you could try creating a paste of one teaspoon of the seeds of sweet pomegranates and another teaspoon of the seeds of sour pomegranates. Drink the paste along with a cup of horse gram soup as this helps significantly dissolve the gravel in the kidneys. Watermelon is also well regarded for its effect on bladder stones as it has a high potassium salt content and water content. It is considered to not only be one of the best natural remedies for bladder stones, but also one of the speediest. It is important that the individual suffering from the condition starts to increase the intake of fluid by considerable amounts, as this will help breakdown the build up of minerals in the bladder. Make it a point to avoid any kind of red meat as this may irritate the urinary tract causing the condition to worsen. One must also make a conscious effort to avoid foods that contain calcium and phosphate. Some of these types of food include cabbage, cauliflower, turnips, coconuts, carrots and an excessive intake of dairy products.

Home cure for stone bladder
A stone in the bladder is caused when people hold on to their urine for far too long or do not take in adequate healthy fluids. The health of the bladder depends on how strong the chemicals are that we are storing and how frequently we get rid of them. If fluids in the bladder are allowed to get more and more concentrated, a person is more likely to get a bladder infection or bladder stones. Stones may be composed of calcium or calcium compounds (most commonly calcium oxalate crystals), or of uric acid, or mineral deposits.
Simple healthy habits are the key to healthy kidneys and bladder. Drink a lot of water and fruit juices so you take in enough liquid to flush out your urinary tract. Cut down your intake of calcium, whether in your food or your medication, as well as your intake of protein and salt. You should also exercise regularly so that your body is fit and processes calcium and other minerals normally.
You can also take concentrated extracts of some of the following herbs —equisetum, buchu, uva ursi, rosehips, alfalfa, cornsilks, and garlic. You can have 20 drops three times a day in a glass of water.
