Treatment on hair loss

Hair loss may be due to a large number of factors, and not all of them may be in your control. If the reason for your hair loss is something like a deficiency in your diet, a fungal infection, or stress, then you may be able to reverse or at least stop the hair loss. However, with some people baldness is genetic, and if they begin to lose hair unusually early in life, there is not much that they can do about it, except perhaps for techniques involving some sort of surgery, which are probably too expensive, risky, and doubtful to be worth it.

You should first take better care of your hair — oil it regularly using castor oil, coconut oil, or coconut milk (about an hour before bathing), wash it regularly but gently, using a mild shampoo and a suitable conditioner, and when you go out, avoid pollution or cover your head. Saw palmetto extract is a rare case of a herbal remedy that actually works for hair loss, however it has some side effects, so before using it, consult your doctor. If these measures do not work, it is probably best to reconcile yourself to the situation.

You can even consider going bald completely.
