Home remedy for chest pains

The symptoms you have described here sound like a mix of chronic gas and indigestion. They could, however, be related to the gall bladder, or even be something more serious. This can only be determined by a thorough medical examination.

Make sure you consult a doctor and get an informed opinion on the matter before you commence with any remedies for the problem. If you have gas and indigestion, you can make a mixture of asafoetida powder and dry ground ginger powder and bottle it. Have half a teaspoon of this mixture every night with warm water before going to bed.

When you wake up in the morning, drink four glasses of water before you even brush your teeth. At first, this will be difficult, but it will take you about a week or so to get used to it. This will help flush out your system and will also make sure you don't develop acidity during the day. Go for a 30-minute walk every day. This will help with digestion and release gas as well. You can soak some fenugreek and thymol seeds in water for 24 hours, and have a teaspoon of soaked seeds with warm water at night. This will aid in speedy relief from gas.
