Natural cures for itching in legs
Our feet take a lot of beating since we are on them most of the day. And the soles of our feet are possibly the most neglected part of the body. During very dry weather the skin on your heels cracks and this can be very painful.
Constant exposure to water can also harm the soles of your feet. One of the first things that your mother needs to do is to clean your feet, give them some attention. She can soak her feet in a tub of warm water.
This will help soften the hardened areas of her feet. Once she has cleaned she can pat it dry and then apply some softening creams.
At bedtime she can burn the skin of a banana till it can be crumbled into ashes. Now apply these ashes on the cracks on your mother's feet. Another easy remedy is peeling a small onion, chopping or grating it and using the pulp over the affected areas.
Heat some ginger oil at bedtime and massage this into your feet. You will have to wear socks to bed or else bandage your feet.
However, you should try and ensure that you follow these procedures regularly. The treatment can be effective only if it is carried out over a period of time.
