Home remedies for morning weakness

Weakness in the morning can be caused by any number of conditions. There are a variety of reasons you could feel sick in the mornings. These conditions could be related to either your physical or psychological state. The physical causes are related to conditions such as anemia, malfunction of the thyroid gland, sleep-related disorders or persistent pain. While these are the physical reasons the psychological causes include depression, use of abusive substances and also anorexia. Chronic diseases like arthritis, diabetes, kidney disease, liver disease, infections, fibromyalgia, or the chronic fatigue syndrome have all also been known to cause weakness.

If the weakness is debilitating and affects your quality of life, you should go a doctor and get the cause identified. Sometimes what seems like just a symptom might actually be an underlying condition that needs treatment. There are some basic steps you can take to avoid repeated fatigue. Get enough sleep every night. Eat your last meal at least two hours before you sleep. Make sure you eat a balanced diet with plenty of fruits and vegetables. Include a lot of water in your diet too. Avoid too many stimulants and if possible keep away from alcohol. Too much of tea and coffee can be bad too. Some regular exercise is also a must. Ensuring that your body is tired out helps you to sleep better. Your mind needs to relax too. Learn yoga or meditation, take on hobbies are all ways to relax your mind.

If you are able to identify what is causing and adding stress to your life, you can change those elements like changing your job or taking a break or even just talking about your problems. It is also necessary that you identify any illness that you may be suffering from and take measures to treat it effectively.
