There are many over the counter remedies. You may try an antibiotic eyedrop or ointment. there will be a worsening of the conditions in the first 3 to 5 days, the pathogen has to run its course.
You can irrigate the eyes with copious ammounts of weak salt solution, this just provides a bit of comfort. If the antibiotic eyedrops dont give you any relief, please contact your health care provider, who will prescribe some mast cell stabilisers or another antihistimine product.
