Natural cure for bumps
  1. Bumps do not occur due to any infections of the hair follicles or the oil glands. Due to shaving the skin becomes irritated and the hair curls inside the skin to create hair bumps. If you are shaving your leg and upper thighs, then completely stop it.

If that is not possible then try and shelve it for a couple of days and after that always shave in the direction of the hair growth. Soften the area before shaving and do not shave too closely. After shaving, apply moisturizer.

Do not even wax your skin in the meanwhile, it might uproot the hair or tear the skin and cause infection.
  2. Massage with vitamin E oil in circular motions around the bumps.
  3. Rub the area with iodine 2 to 3 times a day. You can also rub with castor oil and then cover it with a band aid.
  4. You can also the massage the area with castor oil or olive oil two times a day.
  5. Wash the area with any antibacterial soap and keep it dry.
  6. Do not scratch the area or prick it with your nails.
  7. Wear lose night wear and avoid putting too much pressure on the bumps. The more they will rub together, the more the irritation will increase.
  8. If the condition aggravates, visit your physician.
