Alternative cures for asthma attacks

Health advice on asthma attacks: I have an asthma.why is it that everytime that my asthma attacks come i am suffering from a heart palpitation? I'm taking propranolol Hcl for my palpitation 10mg a day. Please help

Health advice for asthma attacks

The homeopathic medicine Belladona relaxes the bronchioles in the lungs. Bronchioles are responsible for alleviating the wheezing signs during an asthma attack.
Black cumin seeds contain hundreds of chemicals which provide relief from the attacks. Boil one tablespoon of the seeds in a cup of hot water and let it simmer for about 10 to 15 minutes. Strain the mixture, let it cool a little and then drink it. Try to keep the liquid covered till you drink so as not to lose its aroma. This is not advisable for pregnant women.
Add onions and garlic in your diet as these help in releasing inflammatory chemicals.
Make your diet high in protein, low in carbohydrates and relatively sugarless. Avoid beans, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage and grams as they produce gas which can put pressure on the diaphragm. Due to this the condition can be aggravated.
Do not eat ice cream, cold drinks or cold beers as they can shock the bronchial tubes.
Never overeat and try to lightly as a full stomach can cause breathlessness.
Exercise regularly and check your diet for foods that might be enhancing your condition. Eliminate them from your diet.
Avoid furs and carpets and dust frequently to lessen the chances of allergic reaction.
Dip a cotton cloth into warm castor oil. Roll it around the kidney, back and lung areas and cover it with a thin plastic sheet. Now, keep the pack warm with a heating pad for at least one or two hours.
