Leucorrhoea is a condition where a white colored, thick and smelly liquid is discharged from the female vagina. It can be caused due poor genital hygiene, week immune system, microbial infection, improper eating habits, some underlying disease like diabetes or menorrhagea and wrong eating habits.
These simple home remedies will help you to treat leucorrhoea.
- Fenugreek seeds are valuable for the treatment of leucorrhoea, include them liberally in your daily diet. Make a decoction by boiling 30-40 g of fenugreek seeds in a liter of water for 30 minutes. Strain it and use this water to douche your vagina. This is also a good method to treat leucorrhea. Similarly a decoction made from ladies finger can be used for douching the vagina.
- Wear clean panties and keep your vagina clean and dry.
- Avoid too oily, spicy and pickled foods.
