How do I get rid of an eye infection? Home remedy please.

Try the following home remedies for eye infection -
Apply warm compresses on the eye with the help of a clean cotton cloth for 5 minutes every 2 hrs to relieve the eye.
Boil strong tea in water. Strain and wait till it gets warm.
Dip this water in clean cotton cloth and keep it on the eyes for 5 minutes.
Wash your eye with ¼ tsp baking soda added in ½ cup water.
An eye infection can spread easily avoid sharing towels or handkerchiefs with other people.
If the infection is due to other serious reasons and fails to go in 2 days then consult a specialist for immediate treatment as it can harm the inner part of the eye.
