are there any home remedies for acid reflux?

one of the easist is to take a tablespoon or more of vinegar or pickle juice to equaloize the acid in your system.

You have to find the reason that you have this, as it should be a symptom. Ask your doc if taking Betaine HCI would help. This is for acid burn because you may not have enough acid in the stomach.
The other thing would be to have a ts of baking soda in clean water-drink fast, it's salty. You might want to add a ts of Vitamin C, ascorbic acid, to balance it off. You can take this each day if you want. But do ask your doc. Hope this helps
