I have an infection from a piercing, can I solve this at home?

Yes infection caused from piercing usually solves on its own when the following care is taken -

Keep the area of infection clean. This can be done with the application of hydrogen peroxide followed by an antiseptic ointment.
Remove any piece of jewelry from the pierced hole instantly at the sight of an infection.
In future always prefer piercing from a professional who uses sterilized equipments.
Avoid wearing artificial jewelry in the pierced area, instead go for real ones like gold or silver.
