Remedies and cures for dandruff
i am having so much dandruff how to cure?

Dandruff is generally caused due to general impairment of the health, intake of wrong foods, using harsh shampoos, constipation, and emotional stress. Avoid these factors and try the following home remedies -
- Make the last rinse of your hair wash with fresh lime juice. This will effectively remove the sticky dandruff from the scalp.
- A very effective remedy to remove the dandruff from the scalp is by mixing 2 aspirins in any anti-dandruff shampoo and massaging this mixture lightly on hair to wash.
- Massage hot oil in the scalp and wrap your hair with a warm towel for 15 minutes. This will help to deal with dandruff.
- Juice of snake gourd when rubbed on the scalp also helps to get rid of dandruff.
