Try the following remedies to decrease the swelling in your feet -
- Soak your feet in warm water with salt added in it for 15 minutes. This will relieve the pain caused due to swelling and also help to reduce the swelling.
- While sleeping put a pillow under the feet to keep them in elevated position.
This will help to improve circulation and reduce the swelling. - Give a nice massage to your feet with tea tree oil. This will help to reduce the swelling.
- Treat your feet gently and wear soft comfortable shoes which fit you properly.
