Here, I have some of the best home cures for restless legs syndrome for you:-
  1. Add more of iron-rich foods, dried fruits, leafy green vegetables, fish, parsley, poultry, apricots, and red meats to your diet
  2. Rich sources of vitamin E have a therapeutic effect and help in curing restless legs syndrome. Foods with high content of Vitamin E are vegetable oils, nuts, seeds, and wheat germ.
  3. Avoid consumption of coffee, cola and chocolates.


  4. Don’t drink tea after your meals as immediate consumption may inhibit the absorption of iron.
  5. Try changing your sleep position.
  6. Move your feet back and forth when you see the symptoms arising.
  7. Soaking feet in clod water fro about 15-20 minutes also help in curing the syndrome. This home cure works only for few people.
  8. For some people, heating pad can also be beneficial.
  9. Don’t develop a habit of eating late nights.
  10. Do exercises to relive stress, depression and anxiety as these mental conditions can worsen the disease.
