Remedies and cures for herniated disk in the back
last year i had a herniated disk in my back, every once in a while it hurts really bad! is there anything i can do to help the pain go away?

Warm water compresses gives relief to the pain caused due to herniated disc. Fill hot water in a sac and relax keeping it under your back till it gets little cool or till you feel relieved. This will provide symptomatic temporary relief, to avoid any flare ups it is necessary to consult a specialist (orthopedic) to know the cause and the treatment would follow accordingly.
