Stomach aches are painful and result in ineffective and incomplete work.
3 Tablespoons of Vinegar + 1/2 glass of cold water + 1 heap spoon of baking soda = Foam. Drink this and it works in about 10 minutes relieving your stomach ache.
Also, try the following handy tips to relieve you of stomach ache:
- Juice of grated ginger applied around the abdomen is effective.
- Drink lemon tea with some honey added in it for taste. It will keep away stomachache.
- Dissolve 1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon in 1 cup warm water and let it rest for 15 minutes and then drink it.
- Drink plenty of water, as it helps in ensuring smooth bowel movements.
- Mix 1 tsp each of mint juice and limejuice. Add some ginger juice and black salt and drink it.
