Oral medications and topical creams, available with the pharmacists are helpful to a certain extent. Other options are corticosteroid creams, repigmenting agents and immunosuppressant. Exposure to the sun for an hour in the morning and evening proves beneficial. Emotional stress is avoided. A paste of radish seeds with vinegar is an effective remedy. Leukoderma or vitiligo is also treated by avoiding caffeinated beverages and other junk foods.
