Health advice on menstrual irregularities
Im 156cm height and 60kg weight,unmarried,i have menstrual irregularities ..some months i have no periods and sometimes overflow .Is this uncommon and is there any problem?

Health advice on menstrual irregularities - Irregular menstrual cycle is a common issue among teenage girls. Dairy products and red meats are avoided. Caffeinated beverages and alcohol are better avoided.
Anemia might be a contributing factor for irregular menses. Refer to a gynecologist for guidance. It is not common to have extreme levels of flow.
Pregnancy is associated with absence of menstrual cycle. Hormonal imbalance is one more causative factor. Polycystic ovary is a condition associated with lack of menstrual flow. A lifestyle devoid of stress, balanced psychological state of mind and exercise has an optimistic effect on your physiological and mental health. A warm bath relieves you of stress. Meditation or yoga are other forms of stress relief. Carrot seeds are effective remedy. Liqorice contains some amount of estrogen which helps in restoring the natural levels in course of time. A teaspoon of liquorice is recommended. Deficiency of zinc results in amenorrhea. Iron and zinc supplements are recommended. Iron depletion is repaired by intake of citrus fruits in the diet.
