Your description of the skin condition you are facing seems to indicate that you have a number of moles on your skin. Curing moles are a bit complicated if you want to do it without going in for surgery. However, there is a logical remedy that could help you out.
Unfortunately, it is not without its share of side effects; therefore, you must be fully aware of the dangers of using it.
A mole is medically known as a melanocytic nevus. A nevus is a benign neoplasm. All these complicated terms mean that a mole is basically a benign growth of melanocytes – the skin pigment creating cells. Being benign, a mole is not dangerous in anyway and the only change that can happen to the mole is that it will get darker with repeated exposures to the sun. A detailed examination of the mole by a dermatologist will confirm whether the growth is benign or not, for this purpose he may conduct a series of tests. To remove a mole, the ideal method would be surgery and this could be with a scalpel or a laser that will destroy the nevus and any of the supporting tissues under the skin. This is actually the best way to get rid of a mole or any other kind of skin neoplasm.
If you do not wish to take the surgical route, then your best bet is with a complex compound called papain. This is naturally available from the papaya fruit and is also available in a more concentrated form as a meat tenderizer. You would need to use the more concentrated form for this. Naturally, papain can be used to treat bee stings and mosquito bites. This is because papain has the ability to destroy protein and cells. In the case of insect bites, immediate application will break down the protein of the venom. If papain can break down protein, then it possibly could work to destroy the moles on your face slowly. However, you should be very careful while using and apply it precisely on the moles itself. With time, the moles will reach the same level as the surrounding skin. At this time, you should be even more careful when you apply the papain, as it can cause a severely allergic reaction to normal cells. Considering the dangers associated with using papain but also considering the benefits, it is wise to sit down with your dermatologist and discuss this as a possible treatment option and perhaps he would be able to advise you better.

Treatment for moles type lesions - A superficial growth or projection is referred to as a skin lesion. They might make the face unpleasant to look at and painful at times. The selected area fails to look like the adjacent area. Cysts, moles and warts are classified under the category of skin lesions. They are broadly classified as primary and secondary lesions. Change in texture or color on the skin, which might be inherent are termed as primary lesions. Psoriasis, warts and acne acquired in an individual's life, also comes under this category. Keloids, scars, erosion, ulcer, atrophy and scales are secondary lesions. Cleanliness is a key factor in removal of skin lesions. Supplements of vitamin A and pyridoxine are helpful. Fried fatty foods are avoided. Beware of pizzas and other junk foods. Hydration keeps away most skin problems. Branded cosmetics are considered. Cider vinegar dabbed on the lesion is allowed to remain for 20 minutes. A mild cleanser proves beneficial. A solution of 5 per cent benzoyl peroxide works wonders! Over exposure to sun's rays is avoided. Freezing the lesion with liquid gas is an effective remedy. Salicylic acid applied on the affected area also helps.
