Alternative therapy for diabetes
- Drinking the juice of 5 bitter gourds on an empty stomach early in the morning is very good for diabetes. Add its seeds in powdered form and eat it with the food. You can cook it and eat it with your meals.
Boil some pieces of bitter gourd in water and drink the liquid. - Mix 1 tbsp of the juice of Indian Gooseberry with 1 cup of bitter gourd juice and have it daily. This should be carried on for around 2 months.
Indian gooseberry is good in reducing the blood sugar level. - Eat 3 grapefruits a day, one at a time.
- Consume around 50 mg of fenugreek seeds daily.
- Eat 10 leaves each of holy basil, margosa and belpatra with water on an empty stomach in the morning.
- Have 250 mg of Shilajit with the juice of stone apple two times a day.
- You can also eat 10 leaves of curry leaves in the mornings for 3 months.
- Bitter melon and Jamun are also good home cures for diabetes.
- Eat raw onion and garlic, cook them or drink their juice.
- Take 1 tsp of Parslane seeds with ½ cup of water once daily and continue this for around 4 months. This helps in increasing the insulin level in the body.
