Health advice on being overheated
- Stay in a cool area and take a cold bath.
- Wear lose and comfortable clothes and always wear a hat with pores in it when going out in the sun. You should also use sunscreen lotion but avoid overexposure to sun.
avoid wearing dark hued colors as they absorb a lot of heat. - Wipe your body with a wet cloth and drink lots of water. Even before going out, you should drink water and then move.
- Avoid tea, coffee, alcohol, smoking, carbonated drinks and very cold drinks, as this leads to an increase in internal body heat.
- Take a big scarf and wet it. Keep it in the freezer and leave it for sometime. Take it out and wrap it around your forehead. Remove it when it comes down to room temperature. You can repeat this for 5 or 6 times a day.
- Have more fruits and vegetables and less of protein as it may increase heat in the body by speeding up the metabolism. This will result in more water loss. Fruits and vegetables provide water, mineral and salt to the body. You can also consume their supplements.
- Try to stay in the coolest area and the lowest section of your house.
- Apply the juice of Aloe Vera and liquid minerals to your skin.
- Spread peppermint oil on your skin and it can also be added in water and taken internally.
