Taking good care of your skin can help you keep wrinkles at bay for a long time. The first thing that you can do for preventing wrinkles is to protect your skin from the sun. Start off by applying sunscreen every day before you venture out.

This will help you keep your skin away from the harmful effects of ultraviolet rays. Wear at least SPF 15 before you go out in the sun.

Wear sunglasses in the sun to protect the delicate skin around your eyes. This skin is prone to developing fine lines and crow’s feet, so it is important to protect the eyes and the under eye area.

Lie down in the supine position to improve blood circulation. When you are sleeping, lie on your back so that you do not fall prey to sleep lines on your face and the rest of your skin. Initially, it may be a little difficult to train yourself to sleep on your back, but with practice, you will be able to sleep better.

Do not smoke. The smoking action itself makes you have lines and wrinkles around your mouth. This can lead to laugh lines and wrinkled lips and upper lips area. Of course, smoking has many other disadvantages for your health as well, so quitting it can benefit you in a lot of other ways.

Also maintain a regular skin care routine. Exfoliate your skin regularly and cleanse it twice a day so that your pores remain clean. You can also use a toner to keep your skin healthy and then moisturize well. If you wear make-up, always clean your skin and get rid of the entire make up before you go to sleep. Cleansing your face well can keep it healthy, soft and supple. It will also help maintain the collagen so that your skin remains younger for a longer period of time.
