Health advice to increase metabolism
It is important to eat foods that have less fat content and build muscles. Such foods like chili, mustard, fibrous foods, carbohydrates, fruits, vegetables, pulses, sprouts and cereals are good for boosting metabolism. Instead of black tea drink green tea regularly to feel more energetic and healthy.
Muscles use more energy than fats do so it is good to be more muscular. Having eggs, lean meat and fish for protein and low fat milk and skim milk for calcium is an effective way to decrease fats proportion in the body and increase muscle mass.
Eat small meals spaced out at regular intervals instead of consuming larger meals.
Have more of seasonal fruits and vegetables as your staple diet and avoid eating late in the night. Do not starve or ignore the urge to snack on fruits, cheese and salads when you feel the hunger pang before your mealtime. You can have nuts in between your meals and drink lots of water. For breakfast you can 2 or 3 tomatoes, fruit juices or cereals. Exercise regularly to maintain optimum weight, increase immunity levels, improve blood circulation and lose extra pounds. All these factors will eventually increase your metabolism rate. Be active and keep away from stress.
