Natural treatment to lose weight
- After getting up early in the morning, mix 1 spoon of honey and 2-3 drops of lemon juice in 1 glass of warm water. Drink it regularly and follow it up with yoga exercise and brisk walking.
- Reduce your intake of carbohydrates and starches like potato, wheat and rice.
Eat more of steamed vegetables, fruits, juices, soups and raw vegetables salads as your staple diet. Cabbage salad is preferable as the tartaric acid present in it prevents the conversion of carbohydrates into fats. You can also add mint to your salads and vegetables.
Drinking mint juice in the morning is also very beneficial. - Eat more of Vitamin B-12 and avoid clarified butter and butter.
- Drink plenty of water and never overeat. Divide your meals into 6 smaller ones throughout the day.
- Avoid eating after 8 pm in the evening.
- Avoid spices, fats, fried and oily foods, alcohol and junk foods.
- Chew your food slowly and never eat in a hurry. Eat a hearty breakfast and do not remain hungry for a long period of time.
- Trifala is good for reducing weight. Eating 2 or 3 tomatoes for breakfast for a month or so will control weight.
- Drink low fat milk and keep away from stress.
