Health advice to cure bruises
Take vitamin K or alfalfa tablets which regulate blood clotting.
Vitamin C helps in the process of healing and internal hemorrhage.
Mix 5 parts of melted Vaseline and 1 part of cayenne pepper and apply it to the area.
Prepare comfrey tea and soak a washcloth in it and apply it to the bruised area. it reduces pain and restores skin color.
The homeopathic medicine Arnica can be lightly rubbed on the area.
It will reduce inflammation and improve blood circulation. Arnica 30 pills can also be taken three times daily at an interval of 8 hours to reduce pain and speed up the healing process.
Make a plaster of comfrey leaves and apply it to the bruise. You can wash it away with an antiseptic lotion dissolved in water and apply a fresh one twice daily.
Cabbage can also be applied on the bruises as it contains anti-inflammatory properties.
