To make an Echinacea tea, you need to have at least 2oz. of the dried or fresh herbs.  Unless you have Echinacea tea mix in tea bags already, you will need an herbal infuser.

Put the herbs into the infuser. Bring 4 cups of water to boil in a pan. Add two tea bags or the herbal infuser. Boil for 20 minutes and then let sit for 10 minutes before drinking. The tea will be strong, but it will give you all of the healing properties of Echinacea.  Echinacea is an herb known throughout history and throughout the world for its healing properties.
