Typically an overactive (vs. underactive) thyroid is associated with weight loss, increased heart rate, perspiration, etc. It sounds like you have a hormonal imbalance with difficult menses. You might also have an adrenal imbalance since the adrenals, thyroid and ovaries tend to function together to maintain equilibrium.
Seek out the advice of a trained health care professional who can take a good history, perform the proper tests and identify the cause of your imbalances. You will not be able to sustain a pregnancy unless your organ systems are back in balance. Dr. Karen Benton, Naturopathic Physician
