Health advice on piles and stomach gas

I had piles after my baby birth, no itching problem.Actually mucus always in the bowel so no constipation also occurs but the problem is gas in my stomach is very much.Pl help

Health advice on piles and stomach gas
  • Mix 1 tsp of honey in 1 cup of warm water and drink it before you go to bed at night.
  • Soak 2 to 3 figs in a glass of water overnight and drink the water in the morning and eat the figs in the evening. Continue this process for about 2 or 3 weeks till your find relief from piles.


  • In one glass of buttermilk add 3 teaspoon of the juice of bitter gourd and drink it every morning after getting up for a month. It will cure piles and purify blood.
  • Add 1/4th tsp of carom seeds and rock salt to your buttermilk and have this after every meal.


    It is good both for piles and gas.
  • In one tbs of honey, add 1 tsp of fresh lemon juice, 1 tsp of mint juice and ½ tsp of ginger juice and drink this once a day.
  • Avoid foods that are rich in fats and carbohydrates. Do not eat beans, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, grams and cauliflower as they produce gas.
  • Instead of having larger meals, have 5 or 6 smaller meals.
  • Mix a pinch of asafetida in 1 glass of warm water to get relief from gas.
  • Add a pinch of lemon juice and baking soda in 1 cup of water and drink it 2-3 times a day.
  • You can also chew 1 spoon of celery seeds once daily.
