Treatment for rashes on legs -

What you’re referring to is also known as razor burn.  It is a common occurrence and happens because you are either using a razor that is not sharp anymore or you are applying too much pressure while you shave. There is really no way to get rid of it other than to stop shaving your legs until it heals and applying an all natural moisturizer like cocoa butter.

After it has healed, try shaving your legs again and this time use a new razor and lightly pull the razor across your skin against the way the hair grows. This will eliminate the razor burn. Also, do not shave your legs everyday.

Too much shaving can cause razor burn. Wait for a day or two between shavings to save the wear on your skin. Always shave with shaving soap, gel, or cream to help protect your skin as well, this will moisturize and protect your skin from razor burn.  When you shave your legs, try taking a bath first and soak in the warm water for at least 10 minutes before shaving your legs. This softens the hairs and moisturizes the skin so that you can shave easier and get a closer shave.
