Health advice on being short of breath
My father was feeling short of breath and his mouth was feeling dry like a metallic taste he is 65. What can it be?

Health Advice on being short of breath
- It could be bronchitis or asthma or just breathlessness where the airways have become constricted. It can be fought with determination and a little help from natural care.
- At nights before going to bed, he should have 1 glass of milk mixed with ½ tsp of turmeric powder.
- He should have less of tea and coffee and more of fruits, juices and vegetables.
- Drinking at least a liter of warm water will help his condition a lot.
- Give him warm compress with the help of hot water bag. Hot Epsom salt will also provide relief.
- Drinking onion and ginger juice will help him if his breathlessness is due to bronchitis or asthma attacks.
- If he smokes, ask him to discontinue it immediately.
- If he is allergic to dust, cold or any particular kind of food, he should stay away from them and take precautions.
- He should exercise regularly under proper guidance. Deep breathing techniques will be very beneficial for him and staying calm will do wonders.
- To maintain oxygen levels, he should stay away from a stuff atmosphere.
- His body weight should be optimum and learning to relax will help his breathing pattern.
- He should have 6 small meals spaced out during the day.
