Though pregnancy shouldn’t be a major problem, there are a number of couples who find it difficult to conceive a child. This could result even at times when the woman is in her fertile period. There are different factors that play a very important role when it comes to pregnancy.
Some of these factors include; stress, hormonal imbalance, fertility issues with either or both partners, anxiety, use of lubricants and so on. In order to figure solve the issue, it is first recommended that you correctly locate the problem.
- If you have been trying for a significant period of time, without any success, it is highly recommended that you and your partner have a fertility test done so as to identify if any biological complications are causing the failure.
- Remember that you need to be stress free when you are with your partner. You need not worry about matters like pregnancy, but rather enjoy the entire process. Meditation will help to keep you calm and stress free, thus avoiding anxiety.
- The amount of physical exertion on a regular basis also plays a huge role in the ability of the body to conceive. While staying in shape is always a good thing, you should avoid overdoing it as this will only cause the chemical buildup in the body to work against the pregnancy.
- Regular periods are essential in order to properly gauge when your most fertile period is. In the event that your periods have been irregular, it is highly recommended that you visit your gynecologist in order to identify the root cause of the problem.
- Another aspect to keep in mind is the fact in the event that you use lubricants during intercourse, is that a number of them tend to harm the sperm – thereby significantly reducing the chances of you getting pregnant.
